Tree of HopePart 2 of the, Faith, Hope & Love series is derived from the Cherry Blossom tree which was a gift of friendship to the people of the United States from Japan in 1912. The initial 2,000 gifted trees were infested and had to be burned down. That did not deter the efforts of both parties. Eventually the planting of healthy Cherry Blossom trees blossomed and continue to grow throughout the United States today. The word, "Hope" in the branches is a symbol
